oi We started out as a team born in Ollieux Romanis with the conviction of Artisans whose philosophy of life and work is rooted in our terroirs. We are strongly connected and deeply attached to our land, our landscapes, and the living things around us. That’s why we do everything we can to preserve the environment and biodiversity. We are continually working to beautify our landscape. Our commitment to preserving the environment is a priority for us.

We create wines whose DNA is in line with their terroir.

We cultivate the grape just as we do our Freedom, and that’s reflected in our choices and actions. All our plots are managed organically, so by 2022 all of our vines will be organic.

We defend the identity of our territories, the identity of our grape varieties, and the integrity of the women and men serving your wines.

We are moving away from conventional agricultural models in order to promote a different pattern of work and production. We choose to submit to Nature.

Nature gives to us, she provides for us. We owe it to her to return the favour, either by respecting her during our work with her, or by renewing our understanding of her needs.

We sincerely believe that by acting with kindness we will be able to create wines without exhausting the reserves of our terroirs and our vines.

A virtuous circle is established, and we reap the benefits on a daily basis, if only in being able to live and work in a healthy environment.

What are they?

We favour organic farming, this method is in line with our vision. Philosophically, working organically also means working with the culture of our ancestors. In fact, viticulture of this kind is an encounter with nature and our thousand-year-old wine heritage.

Most of our wines are vinified using the Natural method: this allows us to find the natural expression of the terroir. The vines are worked without weed killers, pesticides, fertilisers or other synthetic products. The grapes are harvested by hand and during the vinification process, the winemaker preserves the lively character of the wine. This approach does not allow any input to modify the original juice.

We are certified breeders and have a flock of about thirty ewes and lambs. They help fight fires, create manure and control winter grass growth on clay soils, making it possible to delay ploughing.

Our team aspires to unite as many people as possible in order to take part in a profound change in our connection with the world around us.
